Camping at Alston Farm
Close to Salcombe, Miles from Stress

We offer varying grass or hardstanding pitches for tents, touring vans, campervans or motorhomes, with or without an electric supply (6 amp supply). We have two luxury static caravans we hire for holidays amongst our many privately owned statics and lodges on site.
See our Tariff below
Pitches with a Salcombe Estuary View
We are lucky enough to have a location on site that has a beautiful view of Blanksmill creek, a part of the Salcombe Estuary. At the top of our camping field 'Two Folds' the fabulous views overlooking the farming fields and coastal water really make it worth sacrificing the electric hook up which isn't available at the top of the field. The south facing field has a number of drinking taps around it and the facilities block is just before the entrance. Two Folds camping field is open from Mid May to the start of September
Hard Standing Pitches
Our hardstanding pitches are perfect for the motorhome, campervan and van convertions, as you are able to drive straight on and off the road without a worry. They also have a grass area alongside for an awning or canopy to enjoy outdoor living. All the hardstanding pitches are in southfacing postions, with the option of electrical hook up and just a short stroll from a facilities block.

Seasonal Pitches
If you've had enough of towing and love an easy get away, a seasonal pitch would be perfect for you. Your touring van can stay on the same pitch throughout our open season and you can holiday as much as you like during our site opening times (15th March - 1st November). Any small break you can get, sit back and relax with a book, take a stroll in our wooded dog walk and let the children play in the large play area.
Organised Groups
If you are a large group (40 people or over) we have a designated field with a number of electric hook ups available.
This area of the site must be pre booked and we request that noise curfews and site rules are still abided so not to disturb other campers, but you can enjoy a space allocated for you.
