Escape social media and modern technology to indulge in the countryside, listening and watching the creatures and animals we are lucky to see but If you would struggle to leave your phone, ipad at home we have wifi* onsite that allows you to connect to the outside world.
We have an information room that has many leaflets of places to go and things to see in our area. It also holds a number of books for those wanting to sit back, relax and read. We have a freezer for you to put ice blocks and ice cubes in ready to add to a refreshing drink at the end of a warm beach day.
Your children will love to explore the site, especially our newly installed zip wire and basket swing in the large play area. We also have space for football and a climbing frame with a slide for the little ones. Many children make friends here and spend their holiday scootering or cycling to find each other or splash around in our meandering stream that flows through the centre of the site.
Just a short stroll through the site brings you to our lovely wooded dog walk, where you can let your dog run free exploring the smells in and amongst the trees whilst you can enjoy the calm and tranquility of nature. In the summer months we have a large grass field giving that extra bit of freedom for the high energy breeds and a great place for ball games too. For safety and hygiene reasons we do ask that dogs are kept on lead on site.
Throughout our site, we have three toilet and showers* blocks, including disabled shower and toilets, and unisex options, (if you have specific requirements please let us know when booking). Each facility block includes basins and free hot water for dishwashing.
We have laundry facilities onsite that includes washing machines*, tumbler driers*, an iron* and ironing board, for specialist cleaning there is laundrette services in Kingsbridge.
