South Devon on Your Doorstep
We are spoilt with beautiful beaches and stunning countryside around our campsite.

It is only a ten minute walk to Blanksmill creek, a fabulous place for birdwatching
We also have many coastal walks in this area of outstanding natural beauty with amazing views, and an abundance of wildlife. There are many National Trust places to visit but Overbecks House and Gardens is stunning in full flower and sunshine. If you'd like to head in land, we are within an hour from Dartmoor National Park where there are endless walks and Torrs to climb.
If walking isn't for you, there are a number of activities for adults and children to do.
Why not head out on the water, on a rib ride with Ali from Sea-n-Shore, Salcombe. There's a rib ride suitable for everybody, the thrillseekers or the cruisers, either way exploring the cliffs and birdlife, as well as having the opportunity to see the ever popular 'Sammy the seal' or pods of dolphins.
You could take the family out, and hire a boat at Whitestrand Boat hire, Salcombe. Unwind whilst floating around the estaury, take a trip to the famous 'Millbrook Inn', but don't forget to check the tides.
Or catch your own dinner for the night on a mackerel fishing trip with Chris Roberts.
Or kayak, and paddleboard hire at South Milton or South Sands beaches.
You could enjoy a trip on the South sands ferry, a perfect way to get from South Sands beach to Salcombe town on a sunny day.
For more information on any of the above places, pop into our onsite information room for a leaflet, with some offering discount vouchers inside too.
